1, What is the normal lead time?

A: For stock bottle, we will send goods to you within 1-3 days after payment received..

Others: 20 days after deposit received(after PPS confirmed.)

2, Could we get sample to test quality first?

A: Yes, please contact us to get one sample to test the quality first. When you place a direct order, the cost of sample will be return.

3, How will my order be shipped?

A: All shipments are made F.O.B. our plant and shipped via UPS. Once your order is shipped, you may track it with your UPS Tracking number. Large quantity orders may be shipped via common carrier with a 3 to 5 days processing time frame.
